Terms and conditions
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the relationship between Bulli & Pupe s.r.l. – Piazzaffari, with registered office at Corso Vittorio Emanuele 83/b – 46100 – Mantova (MN), Italy, registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Mantua, REA: MN-158355, company registration number 01437760208 dated 14/04/86 – VAT number 01437760208 – share capital of € 62,400.00, and the individual (“Customer”) who purchases a product on the website www.saaale.it (“the Site”).
The languages available to conclude the purchase contract are Italian and English.
1. Definitions
“Site” means the website www.saaale.it
“Customer” means the natural person, over 18 years of age, acting for purposes unrelated to their commercial, business, craft or professional activity, who makes a purchase on the Site, accepting the general terms and conditions of sale.
“Order” or “Order Form” means the request form for the goods on sale, filled in by the Customer through the Site.
“Products” are the goods for sale on the Site, in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale. “Price” is the consideration for the sale of the goods.
“Contract” means the Distance Contract which has as its object the sale of the Products, in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale.
“Parties” means Bulli & Pupe s.r.l. – Piazzaffari and the Customer.
2. Products
The Products offered on the Site are sold directly by Bulli & Pupe s.r.l. – Piazzaffari under the terms and conditions set out in the general terms and conditions of sale published on the Site at the time of the Order.
Information regarding the Products, including product codes and prices, is available on the Site.
If the Products presented on the Site are no longer available or for sale at the time the Order is submitted, Bulli & Pupe s.r.l. – Piazzaffari will inform the Customer of the unavailability of the ordered Products and refund any price already paid.
Bulli & Pupe s.r.l. – Piazzaffari cannot be held responsible in any way towards the Customer due to the unavailability of a Product.
3. Purchasing procedure
Before submitting an Order through the Site, the Customer must carefully read all the instructions provided during the purchase process (including delivery costs, conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal, the Privacy Policy, and these General Terms and Conditions).
By submitting the Order, the Customer confirms that they have read and accepted the terms of sale and the additional information contained on the Site, including those referenced by links, such as the Privacy Policy and legal notices.
The transmission of the Order constitutes a purchase offer for the selected Product, governed by these General Terms and Conditions and binding on the Customer (without prejudice to the right of withdrawal).
The transmission of the purchase offer by the Customer implies an obligation on the part of the latter to pay the Price of the Product or Products ordered.
The Contract between Bulli & Pupe s.r.l. – Piazzaffari and the Customer is concluded when the Customer receives confirmation from Bulli & Pupe s.r.l. – Piazzaffari of the Order submitted through the procedure provided on the Site.
The acceptance (or rejection) by Bulli & Pupe s.r.l. – Piazzaffari of the purchase offer will be transmitted to the Customer at the email address indicated by the Customer in the Order (“Order Confirmation”). Once the Contract has been concluded, Bulli & Pupe s.r.l. – Piazzaffari will send an order receipt by email to the address indicated by the Customer, containing a summary of the information already contained in the Order Form, with a request to verify the existence of any errors in the data entered, and the order tracking number.
The risk of loss or damage to the Products is transferred to the Customer at the moment when the latter (or a third party designated by the Customer and other than the carrier) physically takes possession of the Product.
4. Customer obligations
To proceed with the purchase of Products, the Customer must provide the necessary data for the processing of the Order, for shipping and delivery of the Products.
Registration is free, and it is possible to purchase products even without registering (guest mode).
The Customer undertakes to provide correct, true and complete data regarding: personal details, contact information, and other information useful for the processing of the Order.
The Customer shall pay the Price of the Products purchased and shall keep a copy of the purchase confirmation sent by saaale.it to the email address indicated during the purchase.
5. Price and payment
The Price of the Products is expressed in Euros and includes all applicable taxes or duties (except in the case of exports, which have variable conditions depending on the country).
The total Price resulting at the end of the Order includes shipping costs and the relevant VAT.
Shipments outside the European Union are exempt from VAT but are subject to the payment of import duties, not included in the Sale Price, which shall be borne exclusively by the Customer (except in cases and countries where expressly indicated).
Payment must be made at the time the Order is submitted. The Customer may choose from the following payment methods: PayPal, credit card, and PayPal “Buy Now Pay Later – Pay in 3”.
In the case of payment by credit card, the relevant financial information will be sent via encrypted protocol to the institutions that provide the relevant remote electronic payment services, without third parties being able to access it in any way.
Such information will never be used by saaale.it except to complete the purchase procedures and to issue any refunds in the event of any returns of Products, following the exercise of the right of withdrawal, or if it becomes necessary to prevent or report fraud to the police.
6. Delivery
Customers who place an Order establish a commercial relationship with saaale.it and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package.
If the package is not delivered due to causes attributable to the customer (unavailability at the address provided, incorrect phone number, incorrect address), or if the customer refuses delivery, the shipping costs and any customs duties will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer.
Delivery of the Products to the shipping address indicated by the Customer in the Order is carried out by TNT courier.
Delivery times are approximately 24/48 hours in Italy and approximately 2/5 days for Europe from the date of receipt of the Order by Bulli & Pupe s.r.l. – Piazzaffari.
Times are indicative and not binding for Bulli & Pupe s.r.l. – Piazzaffari and shipping days are to be understood as working days; orders are not shipped on non-working and/or holidays.
In the event of unavailability of one or more Products after the Order, Bulli & Pupe s.r.l. – Piazzaffari may proceed with the shipment of the other Products ordered by the Customer.
Partial delivery is considered valid and does not entitle the Customer to refuse delivery, compensation or damages but only to the refund of the Price paid for the unavailable Products.
Any damage to the packaging and/or the Product or the non-conformity of the number of packages or the indications must be immediately disputed in writing on the courier’s delivery note.
Once the courier’s document has been signed without the Customer having raised any objections, the Customer cannot raise any objections regarding the external characteristics of the delivered package.
The Customer (or their representative) is required to check, at the time of delivery of the Products by the courier: that the number of packages to be delivered corresponds to that indicated on the delivery note; that the packaging and its seals are intact, undamaged, not wet or altered in any way.
Upon delivery, ownership and risk of transport of the Products are transferred to the Customer.
7. Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to return purchased and unworn items within 14 days of receipt of the goods, upon prior notification by email to info@saaale.it.
The costs of returning the Product to saaale.it are borne by the Customer.
For the return to be accepted, the purchased Products must be returned intact, unused, unwashed, in their original packaging and with original labels intact.
The Products must be carefully packaged to protect the original packaging from damage, writing, or labels.
All items will have a SECURITY SEAL (YELLOW TAG) applied. Returns with the SECURITY SEAL (YELLOW TAG) removed cannot be accepted.
The return is subject to verification of the condition of the returned Products and their correspondence with the Order placed. Bulli & Pupe s.r.l. – Piazzaffari will refund the cost of the products purchased by the Customer, usually within 3/4 working days and in any case no later than 15 days from the date on which Bulli & Pupe s.r.l. – Piazzaffari received the Product.
This refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed between the Parties. The Customer shall only bear the costs of returning the Product (transport and any customs duties and import taxes).

If there is no correspondence between the recipient of the Products indicated in the Order Form and the person who made the payment for their purchase, the refund, in the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, will be made to the person who made the payment with a releasing effect for Bulli & Pupe s.r.l. – Piazzaffari.
In the event of an error in delivery by Bulli & Pupe s.r.l. – Piazzaffari (Products not conforming to the description, defective, different in model and/or size from those agreed upon in the Order), Bulli & Pupe s.r.l. – Piazzaffari undertakes to fully refund the Customer, upon return of the non-conforming goods, unless otherwise agreed with the Customer.
8. Liability
Bulli & Pupe s.r.l. – Piazzaffari shall not be liable for any service disruptions caused by force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, even if due to malfunctions and disruptions of the internet network, in the event that it is unable to execute the order within the timeframes provided for in the contract.
Bulli & Pupe s.r.l. – Piazzaffari shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the improper use of the product and/or non-compliance with the instructions provided by the manufacturer.
The Parties shall not be liable for delays in the fulfillment of their obligations under the Contract if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
The Party in delay due to force majeure shall be entitled to an extension of the terms necessary to fulfill such obligations.
9. Privacy
The data communicated by the Customer necessary for the execution of the Contract is processed in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 2003 No. 196 on the “protection of personal data”.
With regard to the processing of such data, please refer to the “Privacy Policy” section of the website.
10. Communications
All communications between the Parties must be made in writing and sent to the address of the other party indicated in the Contract and in the Order.
Communications transmitted to the email address of the other party, indicated on the Site and in the Order, shall also be considered as sent in writing.
Communications relating to the validity or existence of this agreement must be exclusively delivered by hand or sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
11. Changes
The general terms and conditions of sale may be subject to changes, also in consideration of any regulatory changes.
The new general terms and conditions of sale shall be effective from the date of publication.
It is assumed that the Customer is aware of the general terms and conditions of sale in force at the time of purchase
12. Legge applicabile e foro competente
These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by Italian law.
The Customer may resolve any dispute relating to the purchase made on the Site through the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform, created and managed by the European Union.

Any dispute concerning these general terms and conditions of sale, if not resolved amicably, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of the place of residence or domicile of the Customer who is resident or domiciled in a Member State of the European Union.
If the Customer is resident or domiciled in a non-EU Member State, any dispute concerning these general terms and conditions of sale shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Mantua, Italy.
