Shipments are only available to the countries and territories listed on our website.

1. Shipping cost
Italy
Shipping is free for Italy.
Europa
€ 20 for all over Europe.
2. Shipping times
Deliveries are made during business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
The courier will attempt to deliver to the address provided at the time of the order.
If no one is available, the package will be delivered to a FedEx depot.
All orders are processed automatically, and we are unable to modify shipping and delivery times.
Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number at the email address you provided.
All orders placed on the website will be accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of the individual items in Euros, as required by law.
3. Upon Delivery
Upon receipt of the goods, the customer is requested to carefully inspect the package before signing for delivery.
Packages are always carefully packaged with PIAZZAFFARI – WWW.SAAALE.IT tape.
If, for any reason, the package appears damaged or the tape is not intact, the customer is requested to sign for delivery with a reservation or to refuse delivery. In the event that delivery is accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, the customer must immediately report the incident to the local courier office and contact us.
If, for any reason, the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of the order, the package may be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense. These costs will be deducted from any refund due to the customer from Piazzaffari.
If, for any reason, the customer decides to refuse delivery of the shipment or requests its return to the sender at the time of delivery, all shipping costs and any customs duties charged to Piazzaffari will be deducted from any refund due to the customer.
