Return and refunds
We hope that our customers are always satisfied with their purchases made on our website.
If a customer changes their mind about their purchase, they can exercise their right of withdrawal.
1. When to withdraw
For any reason, the customer may return the purchased product within 14 days of receiving it.
The customer can return the product to obtain a refund of the amount paid.
2. How to withdraw
Pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree no. 209/2025, the User may use the simplified digital procedure available on the Website to exercise their right of withdrawal. To do so, simply access the dedicated page via the “Right of Withdrawal” link in the Website footer, fill out the online form, and click on “Confirm withdrawal”.
Following the submission of the form, the system will automatically send the User a confirmation receipt via email. This email will contain a summary of the submitted data, as well as the exact date and time the request was received, which shall serve as legal proof of withdrawal for all legal purposes.
The User retains the right to exercise their withdrawal through any other explicit statement sent to the Controller’s contact details within the statutory deadline (14 days from receipt of the goods).
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
The return/refund must be requested by email within 14 DAYS of the purchase date.

3. The conditions to be respected
For the right of withdrawal to be validly exercised, the purchased products must be returned intact, unused, unwashed, in their original packaging and with original labels intact.
The products must be carefully packaged to protect the original packaging from damage, writing, or labels.
All items will have a SECURITY SEAL (YELLOW TAG) applied.
Returns with the SECURITY SEAL (YELLOW TAG) removed cannot be accepted. The right of withdrawal is subject to verification of the condition of the returned products and their correspondence with the order placed.
In the case of a refund request, the amount will be refunded through the same payment method used to make the purchase. If one or more conditions are not met, Piazzaffari reserves the right to charge part or all of the value of the goods returned by the customer, which will be withheld from the refund.
